The stars of the menu are undoubtedly the creative and delicious dishes that boast a variety of textures and flavors. From the StrangeFlavor Cauliflower, harmonizing savory, spicy, and sweet notes, to the refreshing Chrysanthemum Salad—spicy and packed with crushed peanuts—each dish tells a story. Another highlight is the Garlicky Cucumbers, served with smashed cucumbers, black beans, and a robust chili oil for a gluten-free, vegan option that excites the palate.
As a food reviewer, I was particularly impressed by the bold flavors in every bite. The dumplings received rave reviews, especially for their perfect harmony of filling and sauce, which is sure to keep you coming back for more. I can wholeheartedly agree with the sentiments of Ashley B, who praised the range of vegetarian choices and the comforting atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. The prices are well-aligned with the quality, ensuring that you walk away feeling both satisfied and eager for your next visit.
Feedback from customers like Kevin Cheng suggests that while the dishes may seem slightly pricier, they are worth every penny for the exquisite flavor profiles. The mala noodles come highly recommended, and the accommodating staff is eager to adjust your dish to enhance your experience. It’s evident that the culinary team at Dump Truck creates a friendly and welcoming environment where flavors reign supreme.

“ Bomb food with many vegetarian choices! Tons of textures, flavors, and spices! My partner and I love starting with one to share and feel full afterwards but go back for more cuz its so good. Well priced for the great quality and the chill atmosphere at Cloudburst cant be beat. Its one of our favorite brewery hangs. ”
“ For what the food is, its a bit on the pricey side but the flavors are on point. The numbing taste is definitely going to be a vastly different flavor profile for some but keep an open mind and youll have a great time. Love the mala noodles but found the noodles themselves to be overdone, however the staff was kind enough to cook them with a little chew upon request! Definitely worth a try. ”
“ Ordered the pork belly flatbread sandwich and the pork dumplings while having a beer from Cloudburst. Delicious! The sandwich had the right ratio of veggies to pork belly and the bun was airy and light. The dumpling sauce was wonderful and the dumplings were beautifully formed. Id happily order here again! ”
“ Wonderful staff and wow the dumplings everything is so delicious! I had the sesame noodles and the mala noodles and the rice bowl over my visits there. Honestly havent had anything more flavorful! The dumpling sauce is one you will want to have more of! ”
“ One of the best bowl of noodles Ive had in a long time. Got the Sesame Noodles with tofu and shrooms. Fresh veggies, luscious noodles, and tasty marinated tofu. I special ordered without the chili and it was still awesome. The venue was packed that night with well over 100 people, and a good percentage of them eating from the truck. So I was pleasantly surprised that I was only half done with a beer when my bowl was delivered with a smile. Looking forward to my next visit. Great spot to drink and see live music semioutdoors too. ”
“ Plenty of Clouds food truck inside of Cloudburst has a great mix of rice, noodle and dumpling dishes. Although their menu is short, they do all dishes very well. The pricing is average and the plates are pretty filling, plus they are delicious. The staff in the truck is always super nice and friendly and willing to give you recommendations when you need them. Would highly recommend eating here if youre going to the brewery. ”
“ We love popping into Cloudburst, grabbing an ice cold beer and a few dishes from the food truck. Great any time of year but especially enjoyable on a colder day, wearing a jacket, and sitting under the heat lamps. The flavors in all the dishes are delicious. The rice bowl was a pleasant surprise, packing flavor. Weve enjoyed everything weve had and have been a handful of times over the past two years. Consistently good! ”
“ Sweet bar with music Plus outdoor covered eating area. Food is amazing! The pork dumplings are divine, yet the star, strangely, was chrysanthemum salad! Who knew!?!?!!? ”
